Bingo Night Checklist: Everything You Need Before the First Ball

Nothing kills a bingo night faster than realizing mid-game that something critical was forgotten. Use this checklist to ensure your event runs flawlessly from the first ball to the final winner.

Before the Day

  • ☐ Confirm venue booking and capacity
  • ☐ Set and communicate start time to all guests
  • ☐ Purchase or confirm prizes for each round
  • ☐ Test Funny Bingo on your device
  • ☐ Confirm projector or TV screen availability
  • ☐ Plan your food and drinks menu
  • ☐ Print physical cards if not using digital

Day-of Setup

  • ☐ Arrive at venue 60 minutes early
  • ☐ Connect laptop to projector/TV via HDMI
  • ☐ Test audio — enable voice calling in Funny Bingo
  • ☐ Set up caller station at the front of the room
  • ☐ Arrange seating so all guests can see the screen
  • ☐ Set up food and drinks station
  • ☐ Prepare and label prizes
  • ☐ Test QR code for player digital cards
  • ☐ Have daubers/markers ready for physical card users

Before First Call

  • ☐ Welcome guests and explain the game rules
  • ☐ Show the first winning pattern on screen

During the Event
